Once you start Traffic Survival School , the school fee is non-refundable. There is no cost to reschedule the class. However, there is a $15.00 processing fee to cover the cost of processing any refund.

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of our company. This notice applies solely to the information we collect on this website.

We are the sole owners of the information we collect from you on this website. We only have access to the information we collect from you and that you voluntarily provide to us through the registration page of this website, telephonically, in hardcopy, or by e-mail, as required by the National Safety Council and for the purposes of a traffic survival school course.

The information we collect about you is retained in an offline private archival database for 3 years as required by the National Safety Council, and not on an online public or private database. Additionally, we collect credit/debit card information (number, expiration date, CVV and zip code) from you for the sole purpose of collecting the fees related to the traffic survival school course. We do not retain debit or credit card information on any of our websites or in any of our database retrieval systems.

We will not sell or otherwise distribute information about you to anyone. We will share your information with the National Safety Council through which you received your order for traffic survival school. We will not share your information with any other third party outside of our organization. We will never contact you for any reason outside of the specifics of processing the complaint you have received.

We take precautions to protect your information. Our website is secured where all of our web pages are encrypted and transmitted on a secured socket layer (SSL). You can verify this by looking for https:// at the beginning of the address of the web page. 

By using this website, you AGREE to the following terms and conditions:

• that you meet the eligibility requirements as outlined on this website, and, as set forth by the Arizona Legislature and the National Safety Council and MVD
• that you have read, understand and agree to our "Privacy Policy" 
• that you have read, understand and agree to our "Refund Policy" 
• that you have not registered with multiple schools for a Traffic Survival School program
• that the person cited on the ticket is the person participating in the program
• that you will not dispute or file a chargeback with your card issuing bank

While participating in an in-person classroom Traffic Survival School program:

• that the program requires 8 hours of participation, exclusive of registration time and breaks
• that if you are late returning from a break, you will be required to reschedule your class and that no partial credit will be given
• that the class DOES NOT have a final examination to pass

Once you have submitted your registration and payment for a traditional in-person classroom class, you have AGREED to the terms and conditions above.
